Move PoBs from the Mining Fields

What space engineer would build anything in the middle of the chaos of hurling crashing rocks, or even constant NPC threat? PoBs and their equipment must be on clear, or be under constant repairs. Build it in rocks, ok... np. But no more free iRL weekends, parties, visiting someone in the other city and not to mention exams or even vacations. All "good" things come with a price.

F1-ing? Isn't it some kind of Ion-Storm that punches people 100k over the local sun? Why can't it do it every time? Why can't it punch people IN the sun, in case they use/abuse that "fun teleport feature" too often?
