Cannon likes receiving letters, especially if they contain various bank-notes/bank-bills, but if you plan to donate a larger sum, it's safer to use one of the above ways.
You can open up a player request or PM Garret Jax (aka Bob) for his postal adress and send it there. I don't know if he is open for this otherwise ask cannon if he can receive and forward it to Bob.
