Those that have served The Gallic Royal Police for an adequate amount of time, demonstrated exemplary service, and remained in favor of the leadership have earned the right to seek promotion. This channel is to be used to send requests to the promotions and demotions board. All applicants for promotion must meet several criteria and fill out the provided application to the best of their abilities. Failure to comply with these rules will result in denial of the request, and if deemed appropriate, the requester will also be punished as seen fit by the board.
The channel will also be used to announce the demotion of officers who have unfortunately failed in their duties to The Gallic Royal Police.

For promotion to Gardien: Two message dump posts and a week of activity.

For promotion to Brigadier: Three message dump posts and two weeks of activity.

For promotion to Lieutenant: Five message dump posts and a month of activity, as well as having improved relations with another group.

For promotion to Capitaine: Ten message dump posts and three months of activity, as well as well as having improved relations with another group and having a recommendation from the GRP high command.

For any promotion to be considered, The applicant's ships must have a total of at least four hours of activity in the last 30 days.
