T&T Insurance Fund Registration and Information

Hey Tinkers, i have some interesting news.
Senior T&T members have decided to start an Insurance Fund. Given our latest.. umm ... let's say conflicts, we feel we have to financially support our brothers and sisters when need arises.
So here is the deal. If you feel that you want to get some money back when things go south then I'll have you fill out his form and send it back to me. Please don't mess up writing it, i got enough to deal with here "smiles".
After you do this, it's up to you to decide how much money you want to contribute to the fund. Keep in mind that the refund will include what you have paid so far plus another 20% of that sum. The minimum contribution is 1.000.000 SC and we leave it up to you to decide how often you wish to pay the fees. Oh , one more thing, this only applies for transports, liners , and freighters my friends.
So enough of this , here is the form you need to fill out in order to be registered for the Insurance Fund.

After you are registered, you can start chipping in. Like I said it's a minimum of 1.000.000 SC per transaction and as often as you like. Send me proof of every transaction here so I can keep tabs on you account. "sips coffee" I'll also let you know of the total sum your account has collected, so don't worry your money's safe with me "grins"

We all wish and hope that nothing wrong will come by us, but sometimes we deal with individuals that are not that eager to negociate. If and when your ship gets damaged by hostile parties and you have proof of it I'll need you to fill out this form requesting for your insurance refund.

You already know this, but I'm going to remind you. When things go down and you find yourself floating in your pod in the cold dark void, immediately send an emergency call on the MedEvac frequency and a unit will come to your aid as soon as possible.

-The refund is only available if the ship was destroyed. It does NOT apply for damaged equipment, but ONLY for the total destruction of the ship
-Proof of damage ---> You will need to post screens of the incident aswell as a screen of the blue message with your ship destroyed.
-You can only pay insurance for 2 ships per character.
-The refund will be paid for every ship on its own. You lose one ship you get the money you paid to insure that and ONLY THAT SHIP + 20%
