Republican Shipping need 2iC

Republican Shipping ( RS| ) faction don't have 2iC more than 5 or 6 month currently , this is not normal situetion . Now Singularity still showing in RS| threat as 2iC , but he not active about 6 month .

Requirements :

1) age : 25 years old or more
2) education ( graduated ) : colege / university / highest military school
3) birthplace : England , USA , Canada
4) location : England , USA , Canada

we have reazons for this requirements , 2iC must to know english well ( beter very well ... ) ; why we asking 25 years or more age - coz from time to time in game unfortunally there are oorp crapy conflict situations , but 2iC must to be able to handle everything like this and to show patience in any of this situations ( this writing in server rules ) and i want be sure in it .

Skype and Team Speak-3 ofc must be installed . Prepare for 2 months trial as 2iC .
