What if Gallia?

Gallia was in isolation, without connection to other Houses, and, even if we consider, that it had so much resources, where did it take brains for new technologies? Gallia has much less population, than other Houses, yet it could somehow to develop much more advanced technology.

I'm having a feeling you never actually looked into the lore and backstory of Gallia. Gallia is a large house, the largest of the five major houses. It has a very large population boom, which is why you can find space colonies around in the different systems.

That doesn't mean it is ideal...

Life isn't ideal. Also I have a feeling you're arguing just to argue at this point.
