There are many flaws with your evidence.
First; an Officer of the Liberty Police Inc. is required by law to obey a Military Directive.
Failure to do so may result in termination of job, salary-cut, and de-motion.
An LSF Agent has no need to blackmail an LSF Officer while the Orders given remain within Legal Boundries.
The LPI Constable in question was ordered to the Texas System to help defend it from attackers, while the LSF Agent made repairs to his ship.
In a sense the LPI Officer can say he was blackmailed because he had no choice or else risk the above happening. But wouldn't say a citizen not doing his job also be fired?
If a Bartender did not serve drinks when his job specifically was for him to serve drinks, He would be fired or have his salary-cut.

And as Adam Carter stated, you had specifically realeased an LPI officer recovering from Harmful Paraphenilia. Your hope was to get something out of him while his judgement was clouded.
You however did not take the time to think or use your brain at all beyond what I have said.

If there is Corruption in the LSF it is investigated, and dealed with.
