Finally the system layout of Borderworlds makes sense again... like FP1 makes zero sense in a Quasi-House space interpretation (Bretonia would never allow Sairs, pirates,... to be there) or also IMG stations being in central positions.
Perhaps we can even have corporate fighting now in the Borderworlds without immediately having fines or hundreds of millions or threats of FR5.
I have hoped for the Borderworlds to become Wild-West again for years.
And I guess, we get them now. I am excited.

Do we now know who complained to make this happen?
In any case, I've already dismantled the claims relating to lore and 'wild west' frontiers. The law is enforced in border systems by navies, and always has been. I've actually backed up my argument with real lore and in-game infocards and rumours, as opposed to what I "feel" the situation should be as well. If you've got something that trumps that, I'm all ears.
This won't make any difference to corporate warfare, either. The problem was never BAF or BPA immediately logging in to Omega 3 and busting up IMG/BMM/Daumann/Kruger or Bowex/Gateway squabbles. The issue has always been people taking screens, recording logs and then crying on the forums until FR5s are applied. This will not change a single thing, other than penalising the some of the main people who actually drive activity in those systems.
