Well, some of you know of it already, some don't, but last week I received an internal OSI transmission from Kelly communicating his resignation from the position of CEO and his retirement." - Starr looked around to see the expressions on those present - "Don't ask me! It came as a surprise to me as it may have been for you. He did not explain his reasons, just that it was a personal matter, so I never asked. He was very closed indeed on those issues."
A little pause there to drink some whiskey.
"So, the fact is that we are now without a CEO. We need to elect a new one. And perhaps re-arrange the directorates, I dunno. Any comments? Von, perhaps you want to say something, since you passed by this same situation twice already... ?"
