That's the difference between treating an indy and an official. You can find information about officials as a basis for your judgement, but in the case of indies all you have is your experiences. And I've already explained above why those can be negative for many players.
So when you have less experience/knowledge about them then you treat them worse? What happened to the excitement of meeting new people?
