Bounty Hunters Guild Core gone?

Because The Core represents the NPC faction.

What NPC faction ? BHG Core? but there is no BHG Core anymore ingame, that is my point, there is only The Core which is a player faction?

So then The Core is in fact a continuation of BHG Core ? Was BHG Core deleted from the mod? Why? And why replace it with a player faction with different lore?
