No worries, though the revised thread still seems a little like powergaming to me (Though I assume the admins have given it the all clear, so after this post I will drop the matter and let you guys decide what you want to do in peace). I'll briefly explain why I believe it is still powergaming as well as provide you with a possible alternative (that ofc if you don't like you can simply discard).
The reason I still believe it to be powergaming is the fact that after my character receives this message, it his in his/her possession therefore they should be able to do whatever they please with it, even prevent it from blowing up in their face (in whatever rp manor you can conceive, be it having a super computer to edit the file to not blow up or something else). After all, not allowing them to use this inrp item/code in their possession how they see fit would be controlling and interfering with that characters rp. This comes under the definition of powergaming that we use here on disco.
Now I understand you don't want tattle-tale Tim getting DHC in a pile of horse manure, so here is an alternative suggestion from myself that you can do whatever you please with. Instead of having this message so that something out of the recipients hands happens to their characters rp possessions once they open it, create a situation were it could never be linked back to DHC in the first place. So for example, use Ageria's super cool 'anonymizing proxy service' so that the message was never officially sent from DHC in the first place and anyone could have sent such a message.
This means that the recipient can do anything they want with the message once they have received it (even open it without it deleting itself), thus there is no powergaming. And DHC aren't implicated in anything illegal because they never sent any messages which they perhaps shouldn't be sending, according to the RFP.
Well I'll leave you with those ideas to do what you will, anyway best of luck to you and see you in space.
