Okay it looks as though people think I'm going to reform the IND or something. I liked their idea, but not the entirety of it. That's why I chose to do my own group instead. Also, the IND had a bad reputation, and I wanted to start off fresh. After viewing the feedback I think I could do better, but for now it's not great just yet. Thanks for the feedback and pointing out my flaws, because that really helped me re-think things a lot. Keep the Feedback coming!
