Jumpdrives existed back in Sol, so why shouldn't they exist in Sirius?

Just make EMP Cruise Disruptors, which would inRP literally shut down all Cloaking Power and Jumpdrive Powering up, in game it would just disrupt you from Jumping or Cloaking, but this would be an additional Cruise Disruptor. I'd say use the word "EMP" in here and put it inside the description of what it realy is meant for.
