Temporary Suggestion: Make CDs disrupt JDs until the next patch

An extra "EMP Disruptor" CD would just be fine if yer asking me. It could be a multip-purpose disruptor which also has the ability of disrupting Jumpdrives/Cloaks, how about that? Balance.

This is more along the lines of being balanced than have CDs used against everything.. Or have something like the following:

1. Cruise Disruptor - function like they currently do - disrupt cruise, ek, and missles/torps/mines
2. Cloak Disruptor - disrupts Cloaks and Cruise, but does nothing against Jumping, ek, or missles/torps/mines/etc.
3. Jump Disruptor - disrupts Jump Drives and Cruise, but does nothing against Cloaks, ek, or missles/torps/mines/etc.

Or...if we can handle having more savvy pilots that won't whine about the specialization:

1. Cruise Disruptors - function like they currently do
2. Cloak Disruptors - only disrupt Cloaks
3. JD Disruptors - only disrupt Jump Drives
