Detailed Background, a Paragraph (the more we can learn about you, the better): I was barely walkin' when my Ma and Pa decided raisin' kids wasn't for them. Some smooth talkin' Slavers persuaded my parents to part with me for a ridiculously low amount of credits. These Slavers, as I understand it, were plannin' on sellin' me to some Gallic scum when much of the convoy got scrapped along the way by a few angry Xeeners. The Slave liner that held me was the only one that managed to survive, albeit barely. The Slavers cursed their luck and sold me at the nearest base they could still wrangle a profit from, Beaumont. There, a fine Junker couple, who never had no kids took me in and treated me like one of their own. They taught me how to mine scrap, where the premium scrap fields lie, how to appraise metals in order to get the best recyclin' prices and even learned me the skill of restorin' engines and parts previously thought lost. As I grew older, I helped my adopted parents in their self made business, feelin' like I owed them somethin' for takin' me in and givin' me a respectable life. I've been doin' this work for nearly my entire life.
Why do you want to join the Junker Marauders? What can you bring to JM?: *Sighs* Two weeks ago, my adopted Ma passed on. My adopted Pa done passed a year back. I could continue the family trade, but employees are a headache, overhead is high and those fancy jumpdrives mess with my equilibrium somethin' fierce. I'd rather hook up with an established organization where I can ply my trade and maybe learn some new tricks in obtainin' credits. I think you guys should fit the bill just fine. If you think I pass muster, I will work hard, do what I'm told and do you Marauders proud.

How long have you been playing Freelancer Discovery for?: 6+ yrs
How long have you played a Junker character for, if at all? (Not important, it's just useful to know if you've played a Junker before. We accept both people who have and people who haven't played a Junker before): Never played a Junker character before.
In your own words, how would you define a Quasi-Lawful?: A quasi lawful is someone that works on both sides of the law. They maintain a balance of appearing lawful before house authorities, while engaging in shenanigans behind their backs.
How familiar are you with the Borderworlds?: I know them like the back of my hand.
How familiar are you with smuggling?: I know not to get caught. I have a good idea of traderoutes, and if I'm unfamiliar with one, I know where to look.
How familiar are you with piracy?: I know piracy rules quite well. I have a good sense of how much RP is acceptable, how much time to give the other party to talk, what a reasonable demand might be, when to shoot and when not to shoot.
What factions have you been in previously?:LPI, [LN], XA and a few others.
Why do you want to join the Junker Marauders? What can you offer?: I wish to try out the new freedoms quasilawful factions have been given with the recent rule changes. Junker Marauders are active enough, so I'm expecting that your group might provide a bit of fun. What can I offer? Well, I talk first, shoot second. I enjoy the RP experience. If I get to fly with your group, it will be fun for both of us.
