This evening I immediately encountered pilots on my patrol in New Berlin. A tranposrt by the name of "Dumpster.Diver". This caught my attention because he was using a ship that according to:

§2.2.3. Equipment and ships that belong to or is are manufactured by terrorist groups and criminal organisations such as Bundschuh, Corsairs, Landwirtrechtbewegung, Red Hessians or Unioners, as well as foreign pirate parties, defined in Article Six, §1.

Is illegal in Rheinland space. Upon questioning him he fled and disrupted the tade lane behind him. I later caught up to him and two other junkers in the very same ship in Frankfurt. All of them were heavily armed and armored, with train cruise disruptors, and some of them carrying portions of different cargos. It does not take a rocket scientist to know what they were up to, but I needed proof. A member of the BDM arrived as well, and as we were about to let the transports go (as they assured us there would be no further problems) Dumpster diver again disrupted the trade lane, intentionally.

We stopped him again near the sigma 13 gate, at which point he proceeded to disrespect us both, offered a bribe, and then began consuming alcoholic beverages in plain sight.

As if this were not enough, a corsair vessel showed up and said "Long time since we've pirated together amigo!" among other incriminating statements. We fined the transport $10,000,000 which he paid, and I shot down the Corsair vessel which refused to come peacefully.
