2. Reasons you believe your Faction is not meeting activity requirements.
I believed the faction was not meeting the requirements due to the former leadership, in its place the members have voted me in to lead their faction to a greater good they went inactive without reason and didn't stand down giving anyone else to take the advantage and give GMG what it needs. (Activity) that I believe is the reason for not meeting the activity requirements. Nobody was motivated, nobody was active. Until last night...

3. Steps you are taking, or feel need to be made, in order to reinvigorate your faction, if any.
I believe renovation is key, I'm planning to redo all contracts and alliances, I've already started a new skype channel to filter out those who no longer wish to be GMG and who actually wish to play and become active, now being a member is simply not enough. You must earn the right to be a GMG Member.
I also believe the structure which remains of two ranks, Guild master and Guildsman needs to change to give a positive outcome on activity, so people need to be active to retain a better leadership position.
I also believe in Payroll systems, where people are paid for their work and can collect bonus's this also promotes activity.
I believe doing all this will replenish GMG to a newer state and be a more active and fun faction to be in.You can see current contracts below are being talked on regarding Helium-3

4. How long do you expect your low activity to continue?
I expect us to pick up in no more than two months, I've already taken the leadership position and already asked a fair amount of people who are thinking about writing applications to join us, now I am the current leader. Due to the old nature of the last management this may take some time and patience and all we need is a chance to prove the community we're here to stay and we can do this if we pull together. If anyone out there right now is reading this and is not a member. Think of the opportunistic moments you may have being a GMG Trader, you don't always have to mine you know? Think on it, and yes you may apply.

5. What recent role play contributions has your faction made toward the server, ingame, and on the forum? (Provide links to forum role play, screenshots or chat logs from ingame activity.)
This one's easy? How do you make GMG active and the rest of Sigma brighten up like a light bulb? Work with admins and the dev team to spot light GMG for a moment.

At the moment GMG's characters all started new yesterday so the activity will not be shown as of yet but please do happily keep an eye on us for a spike that shall come sharply.

I'm formally requesting to the admins to give us patience whilst we understand the reasons for why GMG went down the last time and hopefully work together to get this faction back up and running to its former glory.
