As previously posted, even if this is not Order|'s official stance, at least O'Rhu will not be friendly towards you just because. Rhineland's main intelligence agency has done stuff in Omicrons, stuff that angered Order to the verge of sanity. This has inRP implications, one being KoS for all MND and BDM ships near Order turf and considers them hostile in all other places. So less chat more pew-pew. As somebody already said, this will be a very very very one-sided "green" affiliation.
I'll be ahead of myself here, but I think Order| will feel the very same way.
