Greetings everyone. As you may have noticed the High Command decided to create 2 subdivisions. Namely the Research and Development (R&D) and a Search and Rescue division (SAR). Theese two subdivisions altough part of the 5th some of their roles will be different, and for the sake of simplicity they will have their own leaders who will report directly to the High Command. Vice Admiral Valence and I decided that the Research and Development will be led by Vice Admiral Valence and the Search and Rescue division will be under the command of our newly promoted officer, Commander Mark Webb.
