Good evening,

I would like to point out a very uneasy harassment during our terraforming operations onto California Minor. Such operation has been halted by a sole Junker vessel, which demanded to drop all the cargo (Alien Organisms) in Sigma-17 system, nearby Planet Hiran.

Being outmanned and outgunned, we had to drop cargo, which were Alien Organisms for Planet California Minor. Such act of terrorism against should not be tolerated by GMG and our (Bretonian) government Guild. Moreover, our vessel took several damage because Junker crew had started firing at us in the middle of piracy demands. The standard warning protocols had been issued nonetheless.

Thus, I hereby send a request in which Junker vessel "Thomas", faltering the Planetform's efforts, to be fined with considerable amount of money and punished for such an outrageous act of terrorism.
