My old friends, it has been a while since we last spoke. I reckon i should give you all my stance on this change.

As you all know i had the utmost faith in the Council, being one of the founders of the current... Or should i say former one. As much as it pains me to see the Council go up in flames, i am confident in all your ability to carry on the will of my men and carry on your goals.

But it is not all praise, i will also state if your current Government deviates from the will of Malta and my men, and you follow the path of other Governments of the past.... I shall break all allegiance to your people.... Do not cause unwanted hassle for me and my men, And do not betray the men that work under me, and respect you oh so dearly.
