Greetings, gentlemen of the High Command.
I apologize for my late report, though I was busy with paperwork for a new ship, and also the correction of my former reports, as well as my own personal training.
Lieutenant Darius John has been gone through several tests regarding Liberty Law, general behavior and coping with situations. All tests have been passed very well and his knowledge niveau does now fit to his new rank of a Lieutenant. With that I wish him good luck and congratulations to his promotion.
