The agreement with the Order is steady enough to have a secret super-protected research lab together. Also, even if the alliance would be shaky, machines that harvest humans should be enough to put any Order member in a bloody rage. Therefore, the Order should be hostile wether the FTGW wants it or not. To not have them hostile( NPCs) would be metagaming. I'd like the Bs| to chime in here, though.
Well, my main beef here is with the Corsairs that ally with you, really. They _should_ consider all freeports closed to them from the moment the alliance with the Harvesters became known, since they have allied with the only enemy the Zoners have.

From a Zoners in-rp perspective: The Corsairs don't like us here, but they need us and are not strong enough to defeat us head on, especially with the BHG staging from the FP:s. Now, some Corsairs suddenly ally with the machie-enteties that wish to destroy us all. Well, use the first weapon of Zoners - close the Freeport, cease trade. No way a few harvesters can replace the food and meds that the Zoners no longer deliver - in your description, the Harvesters don't even really trade, only land to 'digest' the cargo - so in that case, no deliveries at all.

If the Harvester _do_ claim to supply the Corsairs instead of the Zoners, I want Harvester food/med/supply convoys I can hunt :)

Who sells fuel to the Harvesters/Corsairs? GMG is a Zoner ally. Zoners control the Deuterium market...

I still think there are too many holes here. I'd be a lot happier if that alliance/friendliness was just removed and put to neutral.

The politics is for in game RP, no need to lose all that potential Rp for us all. Plus the Zoners have not kept a very good leash on the AW who are DEFINATELY ZONER affiliated, from attacking Corsairs. The Corsairs (I cant speak for them) may want some responce since the AW is also bed buddies with the Outcast. Now from the info cards I read the ZOners are infact afraid of the COrsairs, if for no other reason that if they stop trade the Corsairs will destroy thier bio domes if they cant have them, or trade for whats in them. But politics for in game.

Telling a Captain in the Air Force or, Navy the address of a known murder will not mobilize the whole fleet, also with thier war on Liberty and with the Nomads and BHG(Zoner bed buddies) right at thier door step, I feel its safe to say they are busy.

Now if the ZOner pull trade from Corsairs and Order for not helping, then they lose much profit and allies, and perhaps gain new threats. The Outcast alone are not enough bussiness to make up for another enemy in the face of one, already and the AW is already in war.

I think this produces a suffiecent stale mate. Now the Zoners may be able to talk enough game to intimidate the Corsairs but that might just make them targets and endanger the lives of everyone on freeport 11 and Freeport 9. Well you may say the Order will help us. BUZZZ, wrong the Order relies on the Corsairs for training, pilots, and shipyards too. I think there would be alot of looking the other way. No different than the Zoners and all there "friends wars". Neutral does not mean everyones friend/ally.

You will have things to hunt as after/if we become official I have plans for other branches of service within the Harvesters. Some are purely "non-combat". We have some now but most folks run from them with out ever seeing them.

Suffice it to say we have energy cover as do the Nomads. I just cant reviel more for fear of spoilage. That will require in game research.

Now folks please lets save the politics for in game. If your up set with the Corsairs decision and have IN GAME EVIDENCE then push them around on the diplomacy channel. I'm not telling them to bugger off.

Scornstar, just because there are no "sweet deals" between the Order and Zoners right now doesn't mean there can't or won't be. In fact, it would be an obvious diplomatic olive branch to pursue under the circumstances. Stay tuned.

And most certainly the Zoner Freeports would look down on any Corsairs who choose to support the Harvesters. I doubt many of them would make it past the defenses. This would also serve to solidify the "who's who" and "what's what" of various Corsair Factions vis a vis the Harvesters.

How do the ZOners know about the allaiance? Besides this info sheet? Just wondering and asking folk to police them selves with anti metagameing software.

I wasn't talking about using the armour upgrades. I was trying to point out a clear link to the order so people would understand that the zoners are order are more then friendly.
The AW are good at fighting, and butting into fights that has nothing to do with them, and thats about it.
