OK, i have a question.

Since when is being an arms dealer "lawfull"?

Ever seen "Lord of War"?

The dealer himself might be a nice guy not wanting to hurt anyone, but the buisness he's in is FAR from legit. ESPECIALLY if he's selling guns that are from opposing factions.

To me that would be like a Russian civillian selling AK-47's on a street corner in America.

A lawfull gun dealer is ooRP if you ask me, that is unless the only things he sells are guns from the dominate power in the system he's selling them in.

Just a curiosity.

EDIT: How are any other weapons different from light arms or military vehichles?
