The problem is as Emily said, that we don't know you alot ; we don't know your RP, the way your faction work, your policies, etc, etc. And because of this, we get to where we are right now...

In RP the LSF/SA/LPI can make whatever rules they want, since they are those controlling Liberty. And the penal code now is much more better than the old one. On the first Beta for example: Stealing a navy cap ship was fined 150,000,000 $. Cardamine dealing was fined: 50,000,000$. See the difference from there and now? We are pretty far from the ""Happy trigger Lawful" Image

Shikyo, also state some very valid point, Navy ships aren't sold to Independent when they are full of high tech stuff,,,, except maybe those old WW2 ships, but they are far from high tech. Some Ind. had an interesting idea to justify the use of their ship ; they have removed the frontal canon of lib GB/CR, Which I found extremely original and much more logical in"RP".
