The Ryukyu Guild only hires the best of the best. We don’t need cheap labor, we don’t need uninterested workers. We want the strong people of the Sigmas to work alongside with. Care to explain this bit of discrimination against players? I dont see any other factions stating such.

And for the record I spent the past hour looking through EVERY official faction form looking for such. SCRA is excluded cause they're the SCRA. It just makes sense.

Meaning of Discrimination (In case people forget)

Discrimination is treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit.

I am pretty sure a lot of factions wouldn't let "furry" characters in if they applied. Don't get me wrong I usually get along with people playing those type of chars when over skype but it really feel awkward and out of place when inRP and a lot of people share this opinion from talking to others on the subject.
