And I suppose if you're in a situation where you have to decide what to do , begint the encounter or not, you're going to alt+tab out to the forums, look for the rules section, find the system you need ( let's assume everyone is aware of their IDs ZoI ) and get back into the game ?
And I also suppose you'd expect the opposing party to wait for all that and don't shoot you / make a run for it ?

Which is exactly why you, over the years, will not find my characters mentioned in sanction threads regarding ZOI misconduct. Just like the majority of our members.

So yes, this is something we would expect. Research your ID before playing it.
