I know you're looking for more reason to pew with this ID but this also seems like a perfect 'I want the ultimate freedom to side with your or against you, whoever you may be clause'. Specifically the 'neutral ships' part. I've never flown the ID but being unlawful, could there not be other unlawfuls that might be neutral to you? Or does this just mean organizations? Because what are quasi-lawfuls? Especially when it comes to freelancer ships, that are likely to be neutral, you then get to nicely cherry pick if you want to attack them or protect them (without a demand necessary, and no ZOI...?) Some of this may be stated already by others, I didn't have time to read the whole thread but this part of the proposal caught my eye and did kinda get me concerned. It does seem to want to turn Coalition indie ID into a sirius wide terror force that can attack just about anyone, and also defend just about anyone who's not actually hostile to them. This seems like the type of ID that should be SRP'd for. Individuals that might want to craft their own indi coalition RP and SRP such an ID as a Coalition affiliated member, all the power to ya.
So with respect to the people that play this ID, I think the coalition has had its day and is no longer the great threat it was perceived as (inrp) when it was busted on the scene. With that list of stuff they can demand, and with no ZOI, I don't think its totally devoid of reasons to pew. RP wise I think this would offset the balance as story wise, Coalition is now sort of redundant and it would remove emphasis from current threats that should have more life put into them like Nomads, and Gallia.
