Make Coalition Indie ID more better

Order ID - Cant use caps in systems with JG
- Is neutral/friendly with almost all unlawfuls

Coalition Indy change - Cruiser everywhere
- Is hostile even to unlawfuls except Mollys, RHA, LWB and VWA
- More enemies


Please how can you compare Order and new coalition ID? Tell me

Read carefuly... OP doesnt want Cruiser. But OP isnt in ooRP war between SCRA and SCC - Tabris, JayDee and Snake, so please.

The OP does want one hence in his ID recommendation... wut
