The trader or pirate that will not even attempt to exit the zone but is more then willing to fly off the edge of the map. Not to mention taunting you the entire time with little quirps like "Gonna be a while so I am going to get a cup of coffee". I can understand exiting the map if you are dodging and such but blatent flying in a straight line with the intention of wasting someone's time is wrong.

Well yes it's annoying.. but he's wasting his own time as well... best to scan his cargo.. and block the exits that lead the way he wanted to go... off course he can divert around... and lose more money than by paying...

that's the main problem with some traders: "it's my mine and you are stealing it".. "I would rather die than pay" ......

on the other hand.. I don't see a reason for a trader to just stop and pay either... I try to shoot/run.. if I see I have no chance I pay....
