Sorry here buddy but I have to agree this is to generic and widespread. Your ability to be friendly with ever house faction when Bretonia and Kusari are at war and (kusari forbids trade of their items to Bretonia) and Rhineland and Liberty are almost at war makes your idea seem implausible. Also no offense but how does a well respected company get away with hiring smugglers?

Personally I think you should look into creating an vanilla faction that no one has turned into a player faction yet like BMM, Cryer, Kishiro, etc.
