obviously my one idea is not all that solid - it was just an idea, not thoroughly contemplated

with such a big change i would expect there would be changes all around as well, including changes in bretonian laws, cardamine being sold at more bases, etc. but being that there are a bunch of drawbacks, i see how it aint worth it
