A small addon for docking modules

AutoHotKey, which is an authorized application, will allow you to set up your own variation of this.

The text in the script to do it would be (an example, you can assign it whatever you like):

!^d::send,{enter}/allowdock{enter}

This would cause Ctrl Alt D to press Enter, type /allowdock and press Enter again.
