Sorry Kacijon but this faction just lacks merit and worth. It is highly implausable as I said before that such a faction could exist with the wars going on. Furthermore your ship list is way to large and needs to be much more resrtricted and descriptive. Also a larger background story would work wonders for your proposal. Finally like I said smugling has to go, PERIOD. Really I appreciate your spirit in this but either focus on one thing like mining or weapons sales or look into creating a player faction based off a Vanilla group.
