You want a Sirius wide quasi-legal corporation that suddenly appeared out of nowhere, negating all the previous diplomatic situations?
Apart from that fact you shouldn't really exist in FL (Synth Foods maybe are one of the biggest in Sirius, and they are even just expanding), you seem to basically have a catch all policy. Selling everything you can find.
No huge corporation would be able to do smuggling without bribing people btw, especially with the war going on.
