Carriers: Allow Bot/Bat/Ammo Sharing for Snubs Docked Inside?

I don't think this should be limited to just carriers, but all ships that can use docking modules.

Otherwise, I love the idea. In fact, maybe make it so that they don't drain on the capital ships (or transport ships) regens, but can purchase new regens on the temporary base entry (think of them as snub-specific regens inRP).

If BSs would be able to do the same, carriers would continue to be the same as they are now. Also, an infinite regen pool would, by my opinion, be a bit OP.
