Since it already has a search engine built in, and the vast majority of the groundwork is already done on it. I'm not sure if we need a huge pdf (which would probably gather 100 pages+ easy given enough work put in, there's no shortage of lore content) in addition to what is written in the wiki, ingame infocards and forum posts that may or may not be out of date.
I am also speaking of materials which are a bit different from what wiki offers.

Wiki is indeed can be edited by anyone, but where are the tutorials regarding the correct formatting and pages where to get info from? Where is a to-do list for it? Why isn't the priority message pinned for it?
Wiki is a bit of a side story. This things I propose (in its combination of everything) will be more like a history book than present-day info sheet. It is vital to know the key points of the RP which was been performed before you, because at some point there might appear different information on one subject.
Lore, RP, encounters, events - everything of this could be merged and, with support, settled into a consistent history. A better word for it might be "legacy".
And yes, it is a lot of work which is obvious and no one yet promises making it all.
