Operative Kunieda, your new rank is Agent Commander and therefore you are entitled for command of your own cruiser, if you see it fit.
Further announcement concerning deployment of capital ship assets of the fleet:
Every operative of rank Agent Veteran may apply for executive command position of a cruiser-class vessel if already proved their worth with gunboat command or served as captain of one prior to service of The Order. Additional, every Agent Commander may apply for battleship command in similar fashion, upon proving self with either gunboat or cruiser command in the past.
