1. Yep this cluser.... would be really heavy. But i mean sure, you can't capture a system in 2-3 days. Maybe in 1 Month hard activity with siege on some bases and so on. And really much rp with some monitoring from the admins and devs

That's kinda how it works now. You talk with the leaders of the other involved factions and you work things out so things can happen. A great example is the recent events in Omicron Delta.

But not every tom, dick, indie and his dog will get a say in the storyline. thats a drawback of indie'ing. little responsibility, but little control.
