Dear Millicent,

We all enjoy a good prank once in a while.

It keeps the spirits and hopes up for the populace, it gives us a good laugh, and it lets us forget our worries for a moment.

A prank taken a little too far, however, gets slightly annoying. We assume that it began with your decision to pose as a high ranking Bretonian official in Leeds, and claiming dominant military authority! While we at New Scotland Yard had a nice chuckle about it over scones and tea, we also think it's gone on for a little too long.

Remember that the QCRF is the representative military of Bretonia, and the BPA fills the gaps where it misses. Unless the Queen has authorized some form of new faction, which we would have been immediately informed of, the QCRF and BPA are in command of Bretonia.

I highly suggest that the prank ends soon, before the more stringent authorities uncover the deed.
