Bringing fuel to every station is a form of trade is it not? Having a trade hub in Liberty distributing H-Fuel (or what ever else the GMG gets their hands on) is a sound economical decision. Keep in mind the only reason Liberty keeps relations with Kusari is to keep the access to the fuel. With new Jump Hole routes able to by-pass Kusari proper I think the station being a fueling depot would be within the Liberty Republics best interest.
Also GMG has deals with Kishiro about export of H-Fuel, Samura moves its own H-Fuel.
And I doubt they will move and store H-Fuel there, but store Platinum Ore instead. It's too far from their ZoI and pure nonsense.
It's like I dunno... Bowex making PoB in Kusari or Rheinland... Stick to your ZoI please. Also GMG has a deal with DSE, so really no need for PoB there.
