House and Basic Cerbs?

It's just a little odd that a House like Gallia uses Rheinland turrets. What did they use before their revelation? How could they admit that some Sirian technology is better than their? They have their own Solarises and Mortars.

It is also odd that Rheinland allows its corporation to sell weapons to Liberty, its enemy. Isn't there an embargo?

Solarises, Mortars, Pulses and Razors are a bit different because their technology is Sirius-wide (but it is good that Gallia has their own, and should have their own Pulses too), but Cerberus turrets, as they are, are slightly ooRP. Good at turning ships into blues though.

I mean, every faction has its own SNAC.
