I tried to be as objective as I could, but I can't help if people see things that aren't really there. I pretty much expected that because there are all kinds of different people with different views on different things. I just mind when they start thinking they are in some kind of a personal war with me, because I don't want to be at war with anyone. I like peace, cooperation and prosperity better.
So as I said, if I did you something wrong to make you speak like that, please tell me, because I don't know and I don't want to.
I have nothing against you, apart from a general wariness/weariness whenever 'yet another thread' comes up trying to 'adjust' Gallia's apparent 'power level' to better suit hidden agendas.
What you need to understand is that this kind of thread is pointless. Every thread ever made debating the power level of any entity in Sirius is pointless. This is a work of pure fiction. Gallia was introduced with an intent in mind, and that intent is something that people steadily miss. Attempting to devalue it's power and authority will erase the entire reason for it's existence. While I am sure some people would rejoice, that would be detrimental to the hundreds of hours put in by various devs as well as various gallic factions. It is big, it is threatening, it seems to be victorious at every turn. The good guys have to fight harder and improvise with all their might, snatching victory from the hands of defeat at the last, most implausible hour. And that victory will be sweet.
If you have issues with this trope, dial up....uh, Homer. And Sage Vyasa. It's as old as writing itself.
