That is true, but think of the negativity coming from the player that got "Ganked" while flying solo, the player would probably even refuse to PvP and just run away to dock somewhere, avoiding future interactions with the "Gankers" and spreading ooRP hatred such as "Wow this Group called this and that is a bunch of fgts who gank, lets take gunboats and snubs and gank them back" or something, creating the said ooRP hatred and grudges.

That's also true, but the whole point is not to spread ooRP hatred, which is not easy especially when you're pissed off in that situation.
