I think Order would start fighting against Cardamine, as they know what Cardamine can do to a man.
It's a vile drug, and an evil organization can gain control over large part of Sirius trough it.

Anyway, I see nothing wrong with going in to Omegas.. Why would you have to go trough Rheinland?
Corsairs are right there, they can even show them the way to those systems.
Delta > Kappa > Gamma > O-41 etc..
There is absolutely no problem with the Order in Omega-55 and 58.

About attacking 'infested people'.. I don't really know.. Keepers do the same thing.
So, two greatest enemies going around shooting common enemy? Not gonna sound good.
It's either infested = Keepers won't shoot at it,

or it's Nomad weaponry gained by killing Nomads = Order won't shoot at it.
