Roster updated, was in the process of doing it already.

As for sovereignty, the 101st is the resident police/military Outcast people and, as the Council of Dons only has territorial holdings on actual planets, in direct control of Outcast space. We act as the police force within said space, and since it is the Outcast nation's property as a whole we have direct control over it. It doesn't honestly matter what you call it, we control that region of space.

1.) No objections; wrong thread for it, anyways.

2.) Fixed.

3.) This is debatable (besides which, the RoS came up with this one first). The Nomads were worshiped as guardians well before the first Nomad invastion; indeed, knowledge of this invasion would probably be kept a secret anyways, so what the Nomads are wouldn't really be clearly defined anyways. We'd still regard them as holy spirits, hence they stay neutral.

4.) No issue.

5.) HG listed, SA changed to LN. This hasn't been updated since the last spring cleaning. Orbital Power Gnomes was a joke left over from the XA chat. I like easter eggs.

6.) Xenos are under hostile, don't know where that came from...

7.) The IND have relatives within the 101st, past and present, and indeed, IND funds were frequently embezzled for use by the Outcast military.
