How is this an answer to his proposal?

Also, I second Tori here. Limit Battleships to Official factions and SRPs (for indies). Force Players to do RP around them, both on the forums and ingame. In that case, players that want to fly caps can still have this experience with cruisers, while Battleships will be better RPed, easier controllable and more like they should be: Vessels of battle, that have to be protected and cannot be used in some random patrol missions.
