There will be always those people and you have to deal with it when this is the last really active server. Of course there can be made "PvP 24/7" server and I think there even was one in the past, but result will be simple - both of them will have lower player count and you will even sooner get feeling that this place is dead when on RP server will be like 20-40 people in evening peeks instead of current 40-80 (and sometimes even over 100 during weekends evenings or events). By the way, you may don´t like it but it is fact that PvP events are the thing which attracts the most people. Just look at online list during those "just PvP events" like those in Omicrons or Omegas recently. Is it bad? I don´t think so. Because some of them will continue playing after the event is over, creating opportunity for interaction and roleplay. Again, not all of those who like PvP are not doing RP.

And if this is the case, I'm sorry, but you alone proven my point right, making me less and less interested into Disco.
Why? If you plan just to chat with somebody, skype is actually better platform for it. First, Freelancer interface is annoying when lenght of text is limited, you can´t correct typos etc. Second, when you hang somewhere with someone talking, you never know when someone other appears and interrupt the meeting with shooting for example. Lot of good roleplay is made over skype and there is nothing wrong on it. I have spent many hours doing it and I had great times and enjoyed it.
