I’ve found the remains of some sort of station in orbit of Moros; even though most of the station is vented to space it still will serve as a good stash location. Allowing the science teams to resupply without the risk of keeping all of their equipment on the surface. Speaking of the surface teams; their supply order came in, so I’ll have something to pass along to my financiers. The conditions on the surface continue to slowly deteriorate; the teams on the surface believe that what passes for the winter season has started. While I’m waiting for them to confirm it with other data points I did order the construction of a panic room on the abandoned station. While I believe that the structures on the surface are more than capable of handing the conditions a fallback point for the teams is a necessary, considering the vast distance between our base of operations on Freeport 11 and their current location on the planet.

I don’t believe anyone has attempted to maintain a long term structure on the surface before. Most of our planetary data has come from single use drones that were spread over the surface in after its initial discovery 5 years ago. Further research is necessary but for the moment they will have to work with what they have been given.
